Daphne's Circle · a therapist-led, peer-supported eating disorder recovery group for young London professionals

Daphne’s Circle is made up of some incredible women who have spent years—sometimes decades—caught in the exhausting cycle of bulimia, binge and restrict cycles, and body dysmorphia.

They are brilliant, capable, and deeply driven—teachers, leaders, innovators, and creators—yet privately struggle with cycles of shame, self-doubt, and a relentless preoccupation with food and body image. All of this, while navigating the highs and lows of careers, relationships, and personal growth.

Here, they are working together to rebuild a life free of disordered eating—and that choice alone makes them extraordinary.

+ small, dedicated group—consistent members, no drop-ins.
+ led by experienced, compassionate therapists.
+ London-based—for real-life socialising.
+ integrated into daily life—support beyond sessions.
+ a space where you are seen, heard and supported.

❤️ “These women are so incredible. They are high achieving, they are intelligent, they are beautiful, they are capable— they are so strong, because every day is a challenge most will never fully comprehend.”
— Rosie, Ianthe House therapist
