Recovery Circles — long-term, therapist-led, peer supported recovery.

Healing isn’t just about changing behaviours—it’s about building a life that feels truly your own, but no one is meant to do this alone.

Ianthe House Recovery Circles are small, structured, therapist-led, peer support groups designed to provide deep connection, accountability, and meaningful healing over the long term.

+  a consistent, therapist-led space for connection and growth
+  a small, dedicated group—no drop-ins, no ever-changing faces
+  a structured but flexible approach that integrates into your life

❤️ “Everyone is so supportive of everybody else. It is such a safe space. Even though some things that come up are really heavy, I think it almost brings a lightness —we are just cracking jokes and talking about our dating tragedies.” —Jess
