Dr Stephanie Fade

Dr. Stephanie is a highly qualified, HCPC-registered dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience. With a PhD in Nutrition, a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics, and a first-class honours degree in Nutrition, Stephanie brings exceptional expertise, insight, and heart to her work.

Her approach is not about rigid food rules or perfection—it’s about empowerment, understanding, and freedom. She helps people move away from fear-based eating into a space where food is no longer a source of anxiety, but of nourishment, joy, and self-trust.

Why we’ve chosen her to support our community

We were drawn to Dr Stephanie not just because of her qualifications and range of experience across the full spectrum of eating disorders, but because of the way she works—with clarity, warmth, and compassion.

Dr Stephanie doesn’t hand out rigid meal plans or impose dietary rules. Instead, she co-creates frameworks that allow people to feel safe, seen, and supported while building trust in their body. Her sessions are grounded in evidence but infused with heart—full of myth-busting, gentle challenge, and practical education about what nourishment really means.

She’s particularly gifted at helping people reconnect with the functional, joyful side of eating. Whether you feel overwhelmed by what or how much to eat, or you’re stuck in black-and-white thinking around food, Stephanie meets you with kindness, structure, and deep respect for your lived experience.
