Rosie Newman | EFT Lead
Rosie Newman | EFT Lead | Ianthe House
Rosie’s journey into Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) was deeply personal. After a decade-long teaching career and 16 years as a foster carer for hard-to-place adolescents, she encountered EFT at a pivotal moment in her life. Experiencing profound healing from long-standing emotional and physical challenges, she knew she had to share this transformative modality with others.
As a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, Rosie now works with individuals worldwide, using structured tapping techniques to help clients release emotional distress, reprocess trauma, and restore resilience. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in personal experience—allowing her to support clients in finding peace, clarity, and self-empowerment in their recovery journeys.
Rosie’s expertise is particularly valuable for those navigating eating disorder recovery, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Through EFT, she helps clients break free from limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, and build a more balanced relationship with themselves.
She is based in the West Pennines and works online with clients worldwide, integrating her passion for EFT with community work and volunteer youth mentoring.
